Phillip Greaves Charged With Violating Fla.'s Obscenity Law

BARTOW, Fla. -- A Colorado man who wrote a how-to guide for pedophiles is on his way to a jail in central Florida.

Phillip Greaves of Pueblo, Colo., will be booked into the Polk County jail Tuesday. Officials say his first court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday.

The 47-year-old was arrested Monday in Colorado and is charged with violating Florida's obscenity law, a third-degree felony.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd claims jurisdiction because Greaves sold and mailed a copy of his book to undercover deputies who had written the author requesting a copy.

The book caused outrage when it was listed on Amazon in November. It was later removed from the website.

Florida's obscenity law prohibits distributing material that depicts children "engaged in conduct harmful to minors."

Good, now we need to arrest over a million more of those sickos. Personally I'd rather see all of them put to death. There's no cure for pedophilia, period. Get rid of them.

and clothing companies for advertising them in a way that attracts pedo
and malls for selling slutty clothes for kids
and parents for letting their kids dress like slut at schools

Yep, I agree.

There has been some cases in India where certain areas that is predominately Muslim have been throwing acid at the faces on women who is refusing to marry them, scarring them for life as they would be too ugly for any man to marry them. That's horrible.

That's very true. There had been some toys that has sex themes for little girls and sold in places like Toys R Us. :shock:
