I'm buying a house with an in-law apartment that I plan on renting out. I'm going to be posting my ad looking for tenants at RIT/NTID. What could I add to the apartment to make it more attractive to Deaf renters? I've got a bright flashing smoke detector and a flashing doorbell, what else would be good?
