Yes, unfortunately, its making no different since we KNOW who they are since we see an original photos and real names in the begining under Wisdomland's thread as you know deaf community is very small world!

I can understand that, but it almost the same as copying a post and taking it elsewhere on another on-line sites, and they can do that if they want, like my posts were taken to another forum without my permission and yet I didn't make a fuss about it, I mean this is an open forum, sometimes got to be careful what you post otherwise you know anyone could copy your post and take it anywhere online or even write a book about it....


It was nice for this lady to leave the real names out, beside none of them are using their real name on this forum not that I know of? how would they really know those people behind their user name?....

I think it is out of control, there's nothing administrator can do about it because it is open for public, whether they are member or not can read and copy it here!!

I just thought of something here, maybe this person want to let the world know about Bobby and what he did to his victims? cause I don't think he will be in prison for life, so when he gets out, then others would be aware of him and his past.....I think it could save thousand more victims!

yes, I spoke with Hollywood lady who deal with scripts to make a movie. It required to ask victims authorize before they start to make a movie.

We need to consult with an attorney to sign paper to make the agreement to make a movie.

No difference, widsomlady would put different character names. We will know who they are. Many of us victims want to move on with our life. We do not want to hear about the past. It is very painful for the rest of us especially my two sons.

I am very protecting my sons ! Their half-brother does not want to talk about it either. We keep to decline the comment from the newspaper, magazine, etc...

We want to move on to be normal our life from today to the future.

That is what I am concerned about when the hollywood heard the story about us. They would make a movie. DeafNotes the owner already removed the story to prevent copyrights to print out.

It doesn't help anything to prevent the copyrights because this forum is public for everyone in websites to read... You never know lurkers come to visit this forum and use our posts to make themselves as autors... Write novel, beststeller, film, etc. How could we prove it's our post, they use to make themselves rich... ?

We know that it's our volunatarily to make our posts to the public because this forum here is not hiddern forum like other forums.

But with Kalista's situation is a different because she know that woman who use those idea to make profit of herself... write the book, make film, etc.

I can understand that you want to forget the past and protect your family life but you can't do anything against wisdowlady if she determine to write a book and make film because she's also victim, too.

I would suggest you to check with your lawyer about legal like what I mentioned in my previous post. (I agree most of Tamara's posts).

We do not want to read the book or watch the movie at all. It will flesh back in our bad memorize. Widsomlady has been only with him 3 months. Look at us, we have been with him more than 12 years. She wants to sell the story to make the money for herself !! The money should be go to the boys's tuition college, they deserve it due to suffer during their childhood.

She does not deseve it ! She has been very obessive about BB for two years. Unbelievable, she has been harrassed to other victims. They become very upset and angry.

We want to move on with our life!!

Yes, I know that you had been married with that man for a long time than every victims. I can understand your point for want to move on your own life with family to forget the past.

katise, I recommend nofity your lawyer and make sure if comes print it out.. Your lawyer will stop her to release the fliming without your permission authorization flimmaker or written the storyteller.. If countine.. lawyer will fight the court and asking for garnishment take her income cost you'll receive about 40% each the vitcim receives.. Widsomlady will recieve 4% that is it.. she been there for 3 mos and where more worst long haul years viticm involved.. will recieve the large amount.

Just I throw you suggest and talk it out w/your lawyer before too late.

Hey, just let her go. That's her desire, not you or anyone. Berry was HER ex-husband and her 2 sons' biological father. That's their decision. Ok ? She just want to move on with her life. I've known Kalista for 4 - 5 years as friends and I respected her what her wishes are. Never push.

WisdomLady need to respect that and move on, too.

Yes she did requested to deactivate her account all because of someone pissed her off in here about writing a book. Some AD members are ganging up on Wisdomlady over no reason whatsoever. So she fed up and left.
