A TEENAGER could be left deaf after being assaulted by two men as he walked home near Ellesmere Port during the early hours of Christmas Day.
The 19 year-old victim was walking along Chester Road in Whitby with a friend when the attack happened near the junction with Fairfield Avenue.
He was approached by two men, one of whom was described as being of large, muscular build, around 6ft 3ins tall, punched him
He collapsed unconscious and was later found to have a fractured skull.
