What's a real good book on ASL idioms?

I used to read one at the deaf school where I was a day student. I don't remember the name of that book, but I would like to get one too.

Here's an on-line resource with some expressions: http://www.aslpro.com/cgi-bin/aslpro/phrases.cgi

Hope that helps.

I do have a question----when someone signs that they are "fully deaf", sometimes they will use a non-dominant "S" with a dominant "five", thumb stuck into n-d hand and the "five" flips up. (Not sure I'm explaining this right.) I've also seen people use it for "ignorant." So, I'm wondering what exactly is the gloss or interpretation of this particular sign? I don't want to risk offending anyone by using it incorrectly.
