ASHEVILLE — Authorities Thursday arrested two people for embezzling cash from an organization for the deaf.

Randall Scott Stultz, 47, of Westwood Drive, and Shirlee Warren Stultz, 46, of Bailey Road, are each charged with embezzling a total of about $9,000 from the N.C. Baptist Conference for the Deaf, according to arrest warrants.

Each was released under written promises to appear in court.

Sad to hear that, I believe this couple are very active in fund raisings......I sent this to some of my Carolina friends, (since I'm a native).....should be hearing more about this soon.
 
What a shame.

Makes one wonder how much they have scammed or skimmed in the past and never was caught?
