I'm very picky when it comes to houses, lol, but hey it's good to be picky, or you wouldn't be very happy with your house.
I want a house with 4-5 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, 2-3 car garage, a swimming pool, large land, entertainment area (an area in the backyard where parties, etc can be held). I would be willing to pay up to $600,000 for a house like that!! Haha. I know I have an expensive taste, but it's important to be comfortable where you're living.
