In order to really lose weight, you will need at least 18 hours of physical excersice over the summertime which is 90 days ( 3 months in the summer time ) Drink water contionously and excersice. It can't be 1 or 2 hours or just under 30 mintunes. It has to be 18 hours everyday. Our U.S. Military when they enter boot camp are doing physical calithensics for at least 18 hours a day with a break from physical calithensics to go to classroom on first aid, M-16 rifle assembly and disassembly, things like that but everyday at Parris Island or Fort Jackson recurits train 18 hours a day, so in the California weather that you have you can run, jog do pushups go swimming, jump ropes keep extremely active and your body will take care of itself as you lose more weight from 18 hours of excersice everyday, make sure to just take muscle relaxants and sleeping pills. That is it. You don't need diet pills. The muscle relaxants are for sore body pain from not being used to being physically fit and the sleeping pills will help you to sleep at night without sore pain after 18 hours of physical calithensics. Eat only vegetables, fruits and some meat, water. Try to keep your food organic as much as possible. Eat those things and nothing else, no soda, no junk food, no potato chips etc.... Just pure vegetables, fruits and some meat. You can eat meat and vegetables then for dessert have a fruit after lunch or dinner. Hope I have helped you.
