Anyone take diet pills?

I'm think about buy it because I want lose my weight so faster as exercise won't halp at most time but I just want lose to under 200 lbs. I'm concern with my heart because it seems like risky but some people took it and it seems like fine for them. Please can you help to find diet pills that are safe and less risk than other one.

I wouldnt take the pills which I dont like it and who knows it can be risk or else. I dont want it and just take exeriscs that is all :)
 
In order to really lose weight, you will need at least 18 hours of physical excersice over the summertime which is 90 days ( 3 months in the summer time ) Drink water contionously and excersice. It can't be 1 or 2 hours or just under 30 mintunes. It has to be 18 hours everyday. Our U.S. Military when they enter boot camp are doing physical calithensics for at least 18 hours a day with a break from physical calithensics to go to classroom on first aid, M-16 rifle assembly and disassembly, things like that but everyday at Parris Island or Fort Jackson recurits train 18 hours a day, so in the California weather that you have you can run, jog do pushups go swimming, jump ropes keep extremely active and your body will take care of itself as you lose more weight from 18 hours of excersice everyday, make sure to just take muscle relaxants and sleeping pills. That is it. You don't need diet pills. The muscle relaxants are for sore body pain from not being used to being physically fit and the sleeping pills will help you to sleep at night without sore pain after 18 hours of physical calithensics. Eat only vegetables, fruits and some meat, water. Try to keep your food organic as much as possible. Eat those things and nothing else, no soda, no junk food, no potato chips etc.... Just pure vegetables, fruits and some meat. You can eat meat and vegetables then for dessert have a fruit after lunch or dinner. Hope I have helped you.

We cannot excersice for 18 hours that too over-excersice but science teacher that stated about can cause heart attack if excersice too much, just 5 hours or more, it called over-excersice. It was their views about some people got heart attack for being over-excersice. I rejected to do it because too busy for long time. I just sit-up about 30 times every nite.
 
Diet pills is not cheap to buy.

It is better to drink Cranberry juice and Green tea, it has high detox and good for you.

TrippLA, To let you know, military recurits do physical calithensics for 18 hours a day and graduate from boot camp in 90 days. I have never heard of a military recurit die from a heart attack from too much excersice. I have heard of military recurits dying from deyhydration, not much water to drink all day.
 
I wouldn't take diet pills, they are expensive... if ya wanna to lose weight etc discuss it with your doctor first.
 
I never diet pills my whole life!!! My sister used the diet pills before and went to outside for tan too much. My sister got few cancer skins!!! also plm health because of diet pills now. I warned her!!! DONT DONT do that for many yrs!! She say shut up to me all the times. I say to her, you will be sorry someday! Last 2 or 3 yrs ago, My sister face to face with me and say sorry and would listen me before. It very important right food and keep execrise. Don't use diet pills it not good for you health!!

Heath -- TrippLA is not a military recruit. TrippLA is just askin' for basic to help losin' weight. I am not a military recruit, either - but, I do take care of my body/health by eatin' right foods such as vegetables, fruits, plenty of water and watch out for high sodium/fat. It takes time for overweight people to lose weight. If, you expect them to lose weight too quick and it is not good for their health. It's healthy to take time to lose weight rather than goin' too fast.
 
I don't take diet pills. It's not good for health. Preferably normal exercise such as bicyclin', swimmin', walkin' ( 5, 000 steps a day w/pedometer ), hikin' and joggin'. Eat right food such as vegetables, fruits, and plenty of water. Eat fish ( Omega 3 is good for the heart ) 3 times per week. Do not eat junk food at night time for snack. That's bad ! :lol: Try to eat some fruits at nights, if you are cravin' for somethin' to eat. :D

Try to avoid starch, fatty food, high sodium/fat, greasy and such. ;)

Hi CyberRed, I know that and he said he wants to lose over 200+ lbs. and in order to do that he would need 18 hours of excersice everyday. There is no easy quick fix. It is all hard work. He wants a quick answer or a quick solution. Diet pills are not a good idea anyways. Look at the inmates in the California prison system. They don't take diet pills, they just eat what is healthy on their food trays and leave the junk food on the tray for someone else who wants to eat junk food or simply throw the junk food in the trashcan after eating a healthy meal and they excersice in their cells for 18 to 20 hours a day then they get 1 hour of prisonyard outside excersice. I mean , it can be done if he has the strong will to pull himself together and do the physical calithensics, eat right and sleep 8-10 hours every night or just sleep until he wakes up and follow his doctor's orders to get in shape, check blood work, heart rates, cholestrol levels etc.

I dont take diet pills which are not good for their health. I best suggest you to excerise and eat good foods such as fruits, foods which have "proteins" .

Health, excerise over 18 hours are not good.

This is true. Most diet pills contain caffeine and other chemicals. They make you jittery, cause insomnia, and in large doses can even cause heart irregularities and heart attacks, which CAN KILL!

Diet pills are not good for u. It makes heart beat too fast. Too high caffeine. Best way to lose weight is exercise, eat right foods, move around, drink plenty of water.
 
True or just have kosher foods or organic foods that doesn't have preservations in them! :)

Diet pills is very dangerous... Someone that I knew in my life took the Diet Pills to losing the weight, it don't work out because they made her doing alot and such like that, like Hyper, can't stay on focus, etc like that. She already suggested me to eating right food, excrise on my own, drink 8 cups of Water everyday then will be fine, can lost weight.

BUT, lost weight SLOWLY is good! If lost weight FASTER is bad! Because I learned at Diet Progam, they said if I lose too fast then I can gain the weight FAST too! If I lost weight slowly, then i can gain weight slowly... SO, you better eat healthy food, excrise same like running for 5 mins, sit-ups for 30 times, push-up for maybe 25, or something like that everyday, but MUST have two days or THREE days to relaxing and drinking plently of water, then you will be fine and will lost weight... Mostly of people lost weight average in a week, maybe 3 lbs... or less than. So, please be careful, being take care of your body, don't take anything that is dangerous, eating healthy food, excrise, drinking water and lose weight slowly.
 
No, I would not recommend you to take any diet pill because it could affect your health.

All what you watch is fat and sodium and drink plenty of water... Squeeze lemon into water is good for burn fat calories.
