Anyone know about autoimmune diseases?

I was born with asthma, outgrew the symptoms. Had anemia all my childhood, that was closely monitored by a doctor because it was severe. I have chronic fatigue and fever more than I should. I get kidney infections constantly. I hate to mention the one other thing that was part of it, I don't think I will. Anyway, I have narcolepsy that includes paralysis and cataplexy. And now hearing loss. The one test they did on my thyroid was fine. But it was just to check it before I did my sleep test, that was about 16 years ago.
