I recently broke down and had no support from my current breakdown provider I had to flag down a stranger and use my notes to get them to call my breakdown service to help me, although the help was amazing once the lady left I was waiting for hours and could not call back as there is no option for deaf people to be put through to , it was stated on my customer file when I took the policy out that I will need support which they said would be available but was not
please dose anyone know of and breakdown company's there must be one out there !
