Anyone heard of this organization?

Have anyone heard of this organization called Business Convention and Expo of the Deaf? Is this very good ? I ask because I have always dream of owning a small business with my passion. Thank you!

I started my own business about 17 years ago and sold it (for a handsome profit) three years ago. I have started another one now and it's going really well.
Good think about the web, you don't need to hear to be successful.
