Anybody from LA go to deaf festival today?

My ASL teacher told me today in Los Angeles there was going to be a deaf festival and i wanted to go, but i didnt have a ride :( i only live in oxnard not too far from it. Is there anybody from LA or around there that went? Was it fun?
 
I was about to go there, but got another plan. My friend just told me that there's nothing exciting going on, so they host party at their home instead. Looks like you missed nothing.
