Mixed fish pate
1 198g can salmon
1 198g can tuna
1 198g can prawns (shrimps)
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
100g melted butter
½ lemon
pinch of ground nutmeg
salt & pepper
Drain the canned fish & remove any skin and bones.
Put all the fish together into a mixer until smooth.
Beat mayonnaise, butter grated rind & juice of the lemon, nutmeg, salt & pepper into fish mixture.
Put ready fish mixture into a pudding bowl & press down well. Chill
Serve with toast.
It´s our favorite pate.
