"Drunk" was HuffPo's words. May have just been over the limit. Doesn't matter though....DUI was bad enough by itself.

Again with Salon.Com:roll: But it is others as well.

He stated that his votes are representative of his constituents, so it's not really important except for the DUI. The DUI should cost him his job.

The DUI is horrible. Lawmakers should be held to a higher standard. I hope he loses his seat. The gay club thing needs to be confirmed first. And if so I see at least 5 possible explanations for that.

1. He was doing research
2. The guy in the car called for help/a ride home
3. He was drinking at a different bar but saw a chance to put a mark on the gay bars liquor license
4. He was at a strip joint but didn't want that on the record so he named a bar not realizing it was a gay bar.
5. He is gay but doesn't believe in legal rights for the lifestyle

Then again.....maybe he is a hypocrite

The credible news sources are reporting this as well but they are being a little more cautious in their approach. Might be a good idea for everyone.
