Another ISP joined the cap usage per month ....

The bandwidth... I had debate about the cap issue in past when thing had changed.

If you wonder how often you use videophone stream and image that you could set 384k upload and other 384k download that total of 768k bandwidth traffic per seconds. I am talking about PER SECONDS.

If you have kid or the teenager who like listen music the download bandwidth count it. Even, we read this Alldeaf.com, it count it too. Even we send AIM, or the Email that still counts...

It not only base on download only, it base on upload and download too! I am not going to debate but I did pour much information I could.

The only way attempt; Contact your ISP about the bandwidth policy and most of them decline and find that fine print on their website that say about bandwidth capped.

Second; asked them where they can suggest or feedback to ISP's office. If none response within 30 days, file complaint to FCC. The FCC told ISP to fair shared 400GB but it not a rules, it an suggestion.

Again, File to FCC and have them over rule absent speed to go over VP or videophone device with specific MAC ID. So they can ignore that bandwidth but not the computer, movie, and this website. It is something that ISP have to figure the solution.

Again, it will affect VRS too. meaning.. Sorenson, Purple, and Viable will modify the specific code that ISP has ethic code that allow that approved by FCC. What the problem for VRS, spending more on device to update the firmware or buy new device...

Wow more caps... I'd stick to Comcast 250gb per month and that's way plenty for me.

Here the link, bandwidth calculator - dslreports.com, a good example to figure how much we use VP per seconds

That sites isn't help.

From what I figure on base 1-hour of video conversation. It would be much as 2.76 Gigabytes per hour. Of course, there is probably 10 to 20 percent error during the low or high motion that cause increase or not.

Remember, it's not flawless answer! However, it's pretty serious trouble for the heavy user on videophone. Oh my my!
