Yes its 200 a month, very very nice apt.. and its only 2 years old.. in a good area? it is now.. when I was small, it was pretty bad but its gotten aged and calmer. There's a college nearby that's being watched 24/7 so I have to say its safe there. I'm so damn proud of her for going forward!

Yes I'm agree with anyone here that $200 rent for 2 years old apartment including everything is terrible cheap... wow You are very lucky...

Update!!!!

i have other GREAT NEWS!!! guess what? i went apt office today pay deposit.. they told me that my rent is $175.00 i went shocked.. good more save my money hehehehe!!!! i cant wait... :)
