For the past 10 years, students at The American School for the Deaf (ASD) have been creating gingerbread houses for the "We are the Children" Christmas Party. This year students took on the challenge of replicating the school's iconic building, Gallaudet Hall. Students in the Woodworking classes worked for several weeks creating the wooden structure, and then students in the Culinary Arts classes used 30 pounds of sugar, 25 pounds of cookies and 10 pounds of different candies to decorate it.
