I feel like i'm the only person with Endometriosis does anyone else have it i just feel like i'm the only one

What is Endometriosis? I never heard of it...
 
No, you are not the only one who has it. It is more common than you think. My wife had it and she had a laparoscopy to take care of it.

No you are not alone. I have it too. Very very badly, in fact.. Stage 4 and have had numerous painful cysts.. This past year I had three surgeries within 6 months. The last surgery was a Laparatomy (open your tummy like a c-section) to repair my bowel because I had Endo growing all over it and choking the intestine. Endometriosis has turned my life upside down and I can't stand it any more.. been suffering badly from it for three years and am at my wit's end.

Today I go back to the doctor to determine my next step. Possibly more surgery... eek!

Feel free to PM me any time, I have become an Endo GURU because I have had to educate myself fully about it. I can recommend some good books and a good doctor too (I am from MN also)

thanks girls and guys lol i'm sorry it took so long to repost but thanks for posting it's a nice reasurance to know i'm not all alone.
