I just really wanted to see what people here do for a living. It may prove to be really interesting. So, what do you do for a living and/or how far did you go with your education?
 
I work for a well-established architectural firm as an architectural designer/drafter. I mostly specialize in residential buildings in the Pacific Northwest region and sometimes in California. In addition, I might pursue Masters degree in Architecture someday.
 
I want to make sure, you mean PRESENT or PAST or FUTURE? Please, can you explain a little more clearly then I can answer about mine?

Well, I worked for school district at public school for 7 years...3 years at another state...4 years here...

Anyway, Ive not been working for over a year...because of cancer, etc...Now, I am ready to go back to work...Hopefully that I will work for Vet or Animal Cop or whichever the door opens for me...:)

IN present, I don't work and don't going to college because I moved in here, Washington State in more than 4 months ago from Michigan, but this July I will find a job then starting work until in around of 2007, I will start go to College ;)
 
I'm working now but my goal is to be in the criminal field but I'll have to go back to school blah.

Ok, I meant PRESENT...Do you have any job and/or go to school now? If not, what do you do with your spare time?
 
Got a degree in Public Health

Was a researcher/program & curriculum developer/health counseling/educator

Now in management & administration of a health care facility

Would like to go into Administration/Human Resources Management but no time for school :hyper:

I did answer about the college and job...

If no, I keep the apt to being clean and cooking the dinner when my boyfriend, Sequoias is on the way to home. Plus, being keep myself to be busy than being bored.. But I will want a job than being at home... :dunno:

Seq is lucky to have a lovely lady like you waiting for him at home! He gets a clean apt and nice meals! :whistle:

:aw: thanks! I do like to doing that but I would rather to working than being wifehouse, something like that you call that? Becuase I love to working ;)

Oh you will have a career someday - you just moved to WA and starting a new life with Seq but for now, enjoy it while it lasts :) :angel:

Of course, this July I will start look for jobs, hope to find a job that pay good like maybe 10 dollars or something like that... And will start going to college this 2007 to reaching my goals. :hug: I am always enjoy it since ;)
 
I'm working partially time "computzation at home" which is type letters, and fill the papers on computer and print out, give to the company. and happily housegirlfriend
 
I used to work as a headcook at a restaurant for 11 years till i have an injury from work that force me to stop working. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and tendenitis in my thumb and arthirits in my middle bird finger.. :( if i work hard and at night time, my hand will get swollen . its real painful... i cant stand it.. but now not working anymore?? the pain is not that bad.. but weak now.. :(

anyway back to topic.. NO im not working right now.. but Im a homemaker as i do take care of my son .. cleaning and cook foods for him.. have fun with him! i also take care of my mom too called primary caregiver..

I do volunteer too.. whenever school is in session.. I help out with activities and many things. :)

Someone suggested me that why dont i work at ASD? I might do that.. but not sure yet.. :(

heh but actually I'm a quality control auditor for a warehouse run by this clothing company http://www.goodysonline.com . Also I fill in for absent employees. Been on the job for over 10 years and counting....
 
Got a degree in Business Technology and another degree in Accounting.

Worked as Senior Clerk Typist for 4 months then got promoted to Senior Account Clerk for 9 years now. Since I have a young daughter I'm currently working part-time Senior Account Clerk in another department.
 
fulltime mom with my kids since 16 years..

just discuss with my bro to see if he take care of little ones two times a week, so i can work volunteering at food shelves.. I just want to re-pay the times they helped us before.. :)
