On a public service airline is not a place to wear suggestive clothing or shirts with foul language. It is offensive to many and there are women and children on most flights these days. Keep that stuff for private parties, bars and the house!

and workplaces. My workplace doesn't allow that kind of T-shirts.

I means it is legalized on public streets and it is less restrictive, just like you carry video camera to broadcast on public street.

It isn't accepted at most workplaces, except you are tattoo artists, punk, skateboard businesses, political related conventions or offices like I can wear Obama t-shirt that I work for Obama.
