I saw that topic featured in Good Morning America yesterday morning or the morning before yesterday. It was interesting because your body takes advantage of the air conditioning since it does not make your body sweat. You lose weight by sweating and your body sweats off the fats, so and on, etc. Your body works to sweat when there is no air conditioner around just as much as your body works to keep yourself warm in the winter - it only makes sense because your body shivers in the winter when it's trying to be kept warm.
