Hey CODAchild  It sounds like you have been on weight watcher program before, have you? I learned something new from you about what you are trying to tell me. It does make me feel a little bit better after read your post, I didn't even know that if I eat something same every day, it would cause me gain some weight. Thank you very much for letting me know, I appreciate that. But sometime I do eat the same thing everyday but not always, so maybe that is why I gained weight. I love this program because it does help me a lot and always write down everything what I ate and sometime write down what I plan to eat during the day. I mean I can eat anything I want as long as I'm under the points I am suppose to be on. Thank you again
 BabyAngel, you are so very welcome, and I am glad that I was able to give you some information that helped you. Feeling guilty and upset about a weight gain, makes your week unbearable. You're right, I was on the Weight Watchers program, and I also worked for them too as a receptionist. I had learned a lot working for them. Most of the tips I gave you, I learned more when I was working for them.
Now, you think more positive this week, put your best foot forward, and remember last week is the past. We all make mistakes, we are not perfect, and we will have an occasional weight gain every now and then. Just don't beat yourself up, just chalk it up to experience, then move on from there knowing you're going to have a much better week.
As the weeks go on BabyAngel, you're going to learn so much with your Weight Watcher leader, the brainstorming that goes on at the meetings. When you share something good/bad during a meeting, you are going to be so surprised how many other people are going through the same thing you are, which will make you feel so much better. Take in other members problems too as this will be a learning tool for you too.
Again, I am so glad that I was able to help you in someway. Remember to make the scale your friend, not your enemy. I wish you all the best. I agree with Cheri though, you are a very beautiful person!!!!
Good luck with Weight Watchers!!! :applause:

Look at your food nutrition facts:

Keep Carbohydrate low as possible such as perhaps 23g. It is also fat.
Cholesterol should be zero or less.
Low Fat milk and 2% are NOT good for you. Regular organic milk is the best. (Avoid HOOD milk - it has BgHT in it due growth hormones.)
No sugar or less as 10g. No refined sugar.

- Honey converted to a real sugar.
- Try buy some food at a health food store because of no BgHT or no preserve stuff.
- Eat a lot of fresh vegetables from a health food store as possible.
(Don't buy at a regular store for vegetables because of the chemicals.)
- Avoid high fruit corn syrup.
- Eat organic wheat or rye bread from a health food store - of course.
- NEVER buy diet cokes. Diet coke contains Aspartame (danger). Regular coke is just ok as long as it is not everyday. If something that bothers your stomach, you can drink the regular soda.
- Must avoid Nutrasweet which is not good for your health.
- Avoid Canola oil.
- Olive oil, flax, and hemp oil are ok. These are good fats. This is different.
- Reduce eating meats if possible.

 BabyAngel, there is one other important factor I forgot to add. Meds!!!!! If you're on any kind of medications? That can lead to a weight gain too. Because when meds are made up, without any kind of coating on them, they smell terrible like meds that are given to dogs. So, the meds we take are treated with lots of sugar and dyes. When you're on meds all the time for anything, of even short term, this can lead to a weight gain because of the amount of sugar coating they have to put into the meds to make it easier for us humans to take!!! So I just wanted to let you know that too.
Keep up the good work!!!

BabyAngel.... I just want to say.. You are not only one.. I am going through right now...

first.. I was really overweight the top i weighted was 365 in 1996.. I went through hardships with divorce and losing house.. being single mom of 4 kids and alot of struggles.. I lost quickly almost 150 pounds, I ended up real sick with kideny infection and liver infection.. I put everything aside and be with kids and tried to take care of myself.. got better... but I didnt excerise that time...

Interesting thread here.

First of all your post got me curious because 365 pounds are very overweight.
I have a friend who lost his weight alot from 400 pounds to 140 pounds for one year to leave flaggy skin which it look awful on his naked body like this. It's impossible to show his body off to the public like swimming, etc. So he let surgery to cut his skin off to make it look smooth. He said that alot of excrise does not help to make his skin smooth & more muscle but still plenty of wrinkles/flaggy skin... Operation cost him EUR 7,000.

What about you? Your skin in your body goes normal & automaic when you lost alot of weight?

GREAT! Now I can able to ask you any questions if I need to since you used to be on the weight watchers program before!!

I would suggest you to ask weight watcher about one of pure lemon or 100% juice to add with warm water into glass to drink before eat your first breakfast, BabyAngel.

It's very good to help to reduce the fat, weight...

Sometimes, multi-vitamins are hard that does not release it when you intake, and it just come out of shit when you see it in the toilet.
I am not sure if the companies sell multi-vitamin liquids. Liquid is better that spreads your body quickly.

You are right about taking many prescriptions (pills) that makes a person fat. I find that hard to believe it. I have heard of it from someone or in the newspaper.

One more thing about a diet coke. It is really so bad for anyone to drink it. Here is the quote:

"Aspartame/Nutrasweet is a brain drug that stimulates your brain so you think that the food you're eating tastes sweet. If you pay attention you'll notice that when using Aspartame/Nutrasweet, everything you eat at the same time also tastes sweet! This may be why Aspartame/Nutrasweet causes you to crave carbohydrates. Hence, you won't lose weight using it."

A regular soda is ok because it does not have the aspartame. Anything that you see a word "Diet" on the product Do not even think about buying it. I usually buy soda at Stop & Shop such as Izze or Nectarfizz because they are natural, and they are not diet. In fact, the bubble in soda is really good for your stomach to release old food stuff... Even, if you have diarrhea, you can drink it to make your stomach feel better.

What do you think of my suggestions about the nutrient facts? Are you willing to follow it? Please let us know... Wish you a good luck!

Very True,

We alway drink cola and eat dark chocolate, zwieback or banana when we have diarrhea. They are the best medication to prevent diarrhea.

i lost 10lbs in almost one month, i drink cold water 8 to 10 a day, i eat small foods, most fruits what i did... few my friends shocked that i lost weight already.. i feel good.. stay away from GREASE, FATS...

BabyAngel, I am in same situation as you. I started over a month ago and was in despair that I did not lose a single pound. In fact, I gained 4 more pounds. I was ready to quit after a month. I felt it was hopeless.

Then recently, I talked to my doctor and she pointed out that I may have Complex Carbohydrate Intolerance. To my surprise, most vegetables I eat are on that list. I took these plus many other foods out of my daily menu and sure enough, I dropped 7 pounds in a week. I was eating tons of vegetables but will have to eat what will not affect my weight.

Dont give up - it is not a destination but journey. It is important to experiement what works for YOU. Some diets work for others and some dont for others. Everyone tells you what to eat or dont eat but you are the best judge of what will work for YOUR BODY.

Keep working hard and soon enough you ll figure it out :)

OH no, not the multi-vitamins, I didn't mean those, yes, definitely take multi-vitamins. I meant medications. You know like for high blood pressure, cholestrol, etc. they can put some weight gain on too. Multi-vitamins are no problem.

I'm curious what kind of diet are you on now? I'm having trouble losing weight myself.. I'm not really trying though.. but I don't over-eat though. I just wondered how you diet.
