Adults who are "mentally" disabled can have kids...

Very informative article....and making me ponder about deafies having children in the 60's.....A lot of people considered deafies as "mentally retarded" and unable to care for their children...

Times have changed for the most part (thank goodness)...bit the notion still goes on today!
