I think I started a similar thread last year, or maybe someone else did, but a new on is in need whatever the case may be.
This thread is for those that want to join a group discussion about weightloss, offer encouragement to others, and offer support to each other.
You can post as much or as little information about your weight and/or body here, no ones forcing anyone to do anything.
However, posting pics of your weightloss as it comes off would be awesome.
I guess I'll start off.
Im 26 y/o F and 142 lbs. My goal is to get a BMI of 22 in about 3-4 weeks. My current BMI is 23.68.
Today I played Wii Fit for a about 75 minutes, I did most of the excercises, but I do new ones as they are added on during the next session.
I'll post pics later.
