What i mean is you cant buy booze in public. You can buy booze and take it home. This means no booze at bars. No booze at ball games no booze except in your own home.

Read ALL of history books on Prohibition before you even utter these words. You obviously had no idea how Prohibition backfired. It only fueled illegal activities and black market activities.

You cannot ban alcohol - people will find ways to get it so it is better to have it legalized period to ensure PUBLIC SAFETY.

Booze at home is dangerous too.

I'll make a confession ...I don't know that much about the prohibition. But, here's what I do know.... It backfired. It doesn't take a genius to figure out why. Or, know what would happen if it was ever tried again.
 
But it will work this time. Gotta do something about drunk driving laws. You cant take the licence away forever though. We need tougher sentencing for drunk drivers like i say lets equal it like if you murder somebody. If youre convicted of a drunk driving accident and you live and the vitcim dies you get life in prison without the possibility of parole.
