hi anyone think that is a good excerise equipment. I would want to order that someday but had no idea about payments after 30 days trial for free to see if like it or not. it good for building stomach muscles that can help lower back pain to go away.

I never really believe those things. You're probably better off doing your own exercise. Who said that exercise had to be easy?

yeah, u are right! Vamp...i have seen those silly ab belts that will make you lose abdomen flab on TV..its bullcrap! dont work! they are out to rip off people and that is pitiful! same thing with these stupid diet pill hawkers on TV..dont work either..so dont be fooled by these attempting ads on TV! I also seen "Smoke Away" to help quit smoking..another misleading crap!
You could go to gyms and if you have back problems then they will help you do some that will improve your back and all.

hello i see ab lounge 2 at wal mart cost 98 dollars. I think it is like swinging and flexible to excerise and i don't know if stomach will build up muscles.... I will buy it someday in future. it looks like i would swing in it just for fun lol. yes maybe it's lousy you may be right too. Thanks everyone. goodbye.

I won't shop at wal-mart, I think that company is evil

whoa, aw someone said that one of my good shopping spot is evil! wah wah... ha just kidding, but wow never thought people would think it evil... I usually shop at WM for foods. :)

Well, I agree with BBNT; this time he's not kidding........

ok no problem wal mart is not a bad place it depend on where u live sometimes that walmart in your town are evil to you but not my town it's all right but ofc sometimes not good quality. what ya mean evil about robber or not a good quality to buy or what?

what I am talking about is the way walmart pays and treats there employees and the way they put many small business out of business.

The way they run their company is unethical

bbnt..you are so right about WalMart!! When they first put in Supercenter WM, several business went under! My favorite grocery store, Winn-Dixie was located right next to WM and it went out of business in about a year..i was so pissed off! then this other grocery store just recently went out of business and it is about 5 miles away from WM!..dang it pissed me off cuz it is closer to where i live and it was convenient too..the oldest business in town called Diamond Sports went out of business..oh i could name a few more that went under, largely cuz of WM, im sure....Im sick of WM but i HAVE to shop there for food and stuff as it is a kind of small town..cant wait till we move out of here to New York then there will be other grocery and clothing stores that I can shop at instead of damn WM!.....

That saves you alot of money to pulling your husband's ears and nose hairy to keep your arms and ten fingers firm muscles.

He's right... those machines are nothing but gimmicks.

Free weights are the best. Just put your feet under the couch and do crunches. Even better hold a 5 or 10 pound plate on your chest and do sit ups. Try it for 6 weeks and see what happens.

yeah ok i guess i will do on my own excerise flexible workout just like on fittv aerobic shows or dancing whenever i decide to with free times as i can... even walking or any of my favorite activities... anyway... that is interested about walmart that can lose business because of "as seen on tv" things to sell at wal mart which is a trick company do to wal mart. I never thought of that. otherwise i look for job this fall and maybe back to college if i finally know career. also i am going to take career tests on job online then to my job search appointment in few weeks. Thanks for telling me this. It really is a good issue to hear that. ok smile t'care bye
