Its so good to finally find a place to meet other deaf and hard of hearing individuals. I am a resident of the bay area and just recently found out I have a nerve degeneration that will leave me completely deaf in about 10 years. I am just looking for some support from the deaf community as far as finding my way goes!

MIss Z-- Bay area does have a LARGE deaf community so if you wish to learn ASL and meet other Deaf (various forms-- latened deaf, Deaf, deaf, oral etc) people, you have an abundant of opportunities in Bay area!
