I don't know if a rabbit would, but I know that a rabbit's digestive system is inefficient at nutrient extraction, which means that it is coprophagus. This means that it eats its excrement in order to further process it for the remaining nutrients.

Coprophagus animals include dung beetles, maggots, and Egyptian vultures, etc.
