9 Worst Recession Ghost Towns in America
Very interesting, especially about the lone condo owner in an entire building! Now I wonder - is business booming for asphalt recyclers? I envision lots of abandoned developments with roads that need tearing up and recycling. What if I got a tractor or two and starting offering services to dig up the stuff and turn it in?
