Just joined yesterday. I’m hearing and I hope to learn more about deaf culture and learn ASL. Anyone from ohio on here?

I am 25 and interested in learning ASL and about the deaf community- if possible even chatting with someone who is deaf or HOH that might be able to help me learn sign language ? Would this forum be a good way to find what I search? I found this app called tandem and it was all about learning...
