    Bebonang, it seemed to me that the grandparents in the video were not willing to learn sign language nor willing to learn about deaf culture. I am a hearing person and am learning sign language, deaf culture, etc. I don't think I am better than deaf people. I have great respect for deaf people...

    Without traffic it is about 1 1/2 hours. With traffic, the drive is about 2 hours.

    First sign class!

    Yes, I agree that ASL takes commitment. I am in ASL 4 and I still have a ton to learn regarding signs, facial expressions, etc. But it is great to know that you can communicate with the deaf community.
