Last time I checked with Sprint IP, they don't offer two services I'd really like to have:
1) Ability to call TTY numbers directly, not using interpreter.
2) Accept and transcribe voice messages when I'm not logged in.
Any ideas how to get these?

The audie I'm getting through Kaiser wants me to try Phonak Nadia 5 SP. I want a direct connection to my PC to help me use Skype more effectively without the mike/speaker interactions I'm getting now. Apparently there are a couple ways to do this:

The audie I got through Kaiser wants me to try the Phonak Nadia 5 SP. I'm wondering if I should try to upgrade this to the Nadia 9? Are the additional features worth the extra bucks?
