Actually, I used to work in a hospital with AIDs patients(Pediatric) and other chronic illnesses(Kidney failure, lukemia, cancer) also an emergency room, where Ive seen people die of just about everything... and Id NEVER LEAVE ANYONE or turn anyone away for anything! Its a heartless cold thing...
