Is it possible to be hard-of-hearing and have ADP(auditory processing disorder)? I'm HoH but even the speech I can hear is extremely difficult to comprehend. Or is it impossible? Please answer me serious and no sarcastic or rude comment. Thank you

Katie Leclerc is technically hard-of-hearing, not hearing. But I do agree with them needing to meet more Deaf issues and have more Deaf staff and consult with more Deaf.
