ok... try used safe mode boot up your pc and press hold F8, go to safe mode and wait for blue screen come up. it will look like 16Bit, so you can access anything

I know how to enable/disable password, only in my windows xp i don't know if windows 2000 are the same way as xp if you are admins then go to control panel then click on User Account, go to your daughter account then go to create a password now she can used new password hope it help
