If there is an American boot company, then I would allow the design to be used and give me some profit. It's easier to solve problem with company who you work with and locate in the same country.

The website claims winners will have their boot made and sold in shops worldwide, and receive the tidy sum of £1000 for one year's usage of the design. I don't know if that is true or not. Sound too good to be too true. Maybe they'll steal your design and make money not letting you profit...
