    Thinking about going "voice off".

As a child, my father used to take my hearing aids out of my ears when he took me to his Shriner's Organization in the City. He was part of it, his father was part of it, my grandfather on my mother's side was part of it. Reason he did this, is because he didn't want to be embarrassed by his...

Nope, we americans knows our money. We see it everyday, so it's normal to us. It's funny tho, last year I went to Toronto. I stopped at a Canadian Bank and wanted to convert American to Canadian. So I pulled out $601. Good thing I was listening, cause the woman repeated what I gave her and...

Geez. They started in Jan/Feb and they are still not done? I have done some construction with friends that are in the business. Seems like these people working on your condo is extremely lazy. It should have been done months ago. That's the first I have ever heard of parking too close to a...

    Hearing Aids & Moisture

Since wearing my new Naida Q50 UPs, they do keep moisture out. I read the manual that came with them and it states they are water resistance. If you drop them in water they won't get damage. My only issue is moisture buildup within my earmolds. I have never thought of getting something to...

Wow, Grand Island is not even 5 minute ride from my house. That Hotel they mentioned, is one of the nicest hotels on that island. They are putting a $10 MILLION Renovation in that hotel to make it what it is today and they got half of the work already done. People who lives on Grand Island...

As a Father to a 11 year old daughter. I will gladly pay my child support every month. Having a child is litterally a rite of passage. I have never been late, nor will I ever be late on my payments. It's the deadbeat dad's that don't support their children, that gives those of us that do the...

Got my new Hearing Aids =)

Crackling sounds usually mean there is a short within the wire somewhere, or the connection is not all the way in. That's the only time I ever hear the crackling. As of right now I got my ComPilot connected to my computer via wire. And it's sounds perfect.

My audiologist wanted to do this, but she works in 2 locations within the same company. The one location she works 3 days a week and this location I go to she works 1 day a week. Nobody else in the place thought to charge it, and she apologized for not charging it. It was no biggie, I got...

Why do people have to mention price range when shopping?

Last year my stepfather bid on a Wheelchair Van from a car auction through a local car dealer. We won it. My stepfather told the guy beforehand he wants to spend around $7500. But he's willing to go up to $10,000. I found out just last month, my stepfather got ripped off. The guy that he...

Got my new Hearing Aids =)

Thanks NaidaUP! If I get the shoes from my audiologist it will cost $90 each. Even she admits she has to 'upcharge' them beacuse that's how her company makes money. That's insane. While from Connevans I am able to get them for around £14.14 and VAT-FREE, and I saw your review on their site...

Got my new Hearing Aids =)

well I really like the compilot with my TV over anything. Seriously. While I sit 20 feet from my 42" HDTV, I know how it sounds as I have always known it at. With the ComPilot, it makes it feel like I'm in a movie theater with the speakers behind you. Plus I started picking up things I...
