Ting, if you are using the gigabyte z97x gaming 5 mobo. Make sure you update your BIOS to F5. Because in F3, the voltage for the CPU was 1.4xxx. That's way too high and temps got up to 100C for me. BIOS version F5 fixed it and dropped the voltage down to 1.24 which is much better.
