I have people told me I breathe heavy sometimes too. It hard to tell, voice volume easier to control cos can feel vibration too loud or quiet, doesn't work like that with breathing.

I don't wear hearing aids and I am profoundly deaf 100-120db range and I STILL get ask can you hear this or that. Sometimes I just say "I'm Deaf remember?", sometimes I just say "What do you think?" and sometimes I just laugh at them. They KNOW I am Deaf and cannot hear that.

I never heard of ABC. That very different way than I heard about. Usually people pick signature and some pick NVQ, similar but I think just 1 big exam. Well done passing Level 1! I agree Level 3 is best stage for proper conversation more than basics.

Bit harsh for teacher do that. I think just warning don't do it again and say sorry to kids and say she was wrong to say that. Christmas should be magical, Santa part of that. Santa is about being kind, giving, forgiving, respect and thinking of other people.

Also auto captions not accurate enough for everyday use cos everyone speak differently so can be lots of mistakes.

Saw 2nd video too. I dunno what Mother expect from her son CI. If she expects him to understand speech with no lipreading cos I don't think that is working cos boy eyes move at LOT. Left, right, up, down, etc.
