If an abortion topic affects the deaf community, then it should absolutely be discussed. Every woman is affected by it though, and it's certainly not just a religious debate.

I knew it was bad, I just didn't really have a full understanding of the unemployment issue on a personal level. I know how bad the economy is because it's one of my jobs to research about it, I just didn't grasp just how terrible the job situation is in some areas. I hope that makes more sense...

I struggle with constant worries, it's awful and I hope that you find something that helps you soon. Personally, I try to find something to do that keeps my mind off of everything. Learn something new, play a game of some sort, or something like that.

Hearing here, I used to date a deaf guy. Show an interest in learning to communicate in a way that works for both of you, and usually that will mean ASL in some way. I'd suggest taking a class on the basics and grammar, but spend a lot of time with him and any friends of his that are also...
