Actually Glenn, they move faster than you think. A few years ago, I had to file a complaint with OCR and they found in my favor and settled in 4 months. That was Seattle's office. Long process is if you file with U.S. District Court,, that can take years.

You are right,, I found out that they ask everybody.

UPDATE... I filed my complaint directly with hospital on January 23rd and they said they would reply within 30 days. As of today, March 24th, I still have not heard back from hospital in regard of my complaint. For this reason, I resorted to OCR. I wonder if their lack of replying means they...

This happened to me,,, if they don't offer what you need, ASK for it. When I was going to college, I asked for CART. they told me they don't offer it cuz they thought it was a luxury.. I fought them with OCR and won.. It's possible the college didn't know its obiligation.

Staying out of debate,,, personal choice,, My history,,, deaf at birth first hearing aid at 3 CI at 46 for me,, I LOVE IT. :) Even though I still can't discriminate speech 100% without lip-reading, I can at 50% or there about --- FAR better than 3% with hearing aid.

I know someone who was born without any teeth, hence the denture at young age. She started wearing it when she was 5 when it was clear that there's no permanment teeth coming in. There are many reasons why one would have it so young. As for 3/4 tubes a week, something is fishy..... :roll: Lee
