i watched this last night, he was very good!!! it was funny because part of when he was signing there was no interpretaion for people to know what he is saying to the girl. and i was able to understand and tell my friend who was watching with me..lol. so cool to know asl ..love it

I understand what you are saying and i am sure you are not alone in those feelings to. But all of us hearies arnt the same. I would really hope that people that are using ASL programs with babies will eventually see the other values of having sign. Hopfully when that child grows up and do meet...

That sounds like a heartbreaking story, I really wondrer how his family especially his mother felt after he commited suicide. But we have to know that people make these choices for a reason maybe the mother thought she was really helping so that he would be "hearing" or at least percieved taht...

Thanks to both of you, I was looking more for someone opinon of a local place that they teach around here. I do have a wide signing vocab my boyfriend is Deaf. I am looking to learn more about the language rather than the signs right now. I know several places here but I havnt herd great things...
