I do lip reading and speak well. But sometimes most hearing ppl do not understand what I was saying. So most of the times i communicate w then via writing thigns down. Mind you, reading someone's lips are a real pain!!! Id prefer to use sign language to make the communication more easier...

I wear glasses everyday. The lenses I wear in my frame are made out of plastic, so wearing them is really lighter. I also wear contact lenses - soft ones. I only wear them for "outing". But I must admit wearing BOTH (glasses and contacts) are a real pain in the butt. I cant live without them...
