My nickname is 'Moon'. A little 2 year old boy called me that because thats how it came out when he tried calling me Simone. It stuck. I have been called "Moon" or 'Miz Moon' for 20 years now. LOL

I have two boys. One just turned 22 in April, the other will be 21 in August. When they were 5 and 6 there was ALWAYS a reason to be worried. LOL Even at 21 and 22 they give me reasons to worry! :lol: They are MALES!!!! :laugh2:

We keep the poop in our yard. We have a BIG yard and we clean up after our little dog because we hate stepping in dog shit too. Unfortunately I can't say the same for a lot of the folks where we live. I've seen several folks just let their dogs shit in the yard and the just walk on down the...

I know what you mean about the T-shirt thing. I am seriously considering getting, or making my own, that basically says, " I am DEAF...yelling, screaming, honking, and otherwise quacking at me is pointless." LOL:laugh2:

If a couple, irregardless if they are gay, deaf, or both, can care for a child and want to adopt or whatever then I think they should be allowed to. Hell, I think even singles should be allowed to adopt if they want...whether gay, straight, deaf, blind or even rolling around in a wheel chair. So...

Yep. I get it all the time. I tell people I am deaf and so they start yelling at me thinking that will improve things. It's extremely annoying. My hubby did it at first when I got to the point of being unable to hear at all...but the last time he did it I screamed back at him that screaming and...
