I am diagnosed with Depression but it really has nothing much to do with my environment. It has really to do with the chemical imbalance in my brain. That what most mental illness comes from anyway. Depression is physical illness, just like diabetes and asthma.

I just think sorenson hires the worst interpreters. I don't know why they're even in business if they don't care about the deaf community. That's ridiculous. If I were you guys I would switch over to Sprint or another VRS provider.

E-mail isn't reliable if you need fast emergency services. You need to diall 911 off of your TTY. TTY is the most reliable service we have. Other services are great, such as VRS, online relay, pagers, but the fastest and most accurate is the TTY.
