We drove to Buffalo cuz my hubby was having surgery. SO had to drop him off there (no kids allowed, which that totally SUCKS!) So he is doing good! And will go back to get him tomorrow. :) Other than that I did NOTHING! I didn't feel too good. :( I am ok right now compared to this morning!

Yes you can call the customer service and explain what happen...they will either send you a new set or new part.

I prefer gift cards/or cash so I can get what I prefer/wanted. Sometimes whoever give me a gift, and they don't know what I like or want. When I was in early 20's I thought gift cerfericates was dumb idea but when I get older, I realized I prefer that.
