yes, i believe it is oral because i know there is a deaf oral school in st. louis that some of my friends attended... i am not sure if it is the same school he is referring to though... St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf OR Central Institute for the Deaf --- i believe is the name of the school...

i agree with alex and reba here... i was raised to not ask for anything and to ACCEPT things that they are ... if you ask for money or "reject" people's gifts... it is like having a "VERY POOR TASTE"/"POOR CLASS"... and people will remember that... for instance... i went to a wedding a few yrs...
