yea but it is not fair for people like me to "gag" and gasp for air when we walk through the door... people should have common sense that other people are very sensitive to smoke... i am very sensitive to others/ health no matter what and try to be considerate... and i wish they would do the...

as i have mentioned, i am not in here that much so i don't know which thread/posts you guys are referring to that might have triggered his anger, whatnot... but all i can say is, he is "new" to deaf culture... so i can understand and see where he is coming from... i used to be VERY "HEARING" for...

it doesn't matter... when i saw his first post in this thread, i tried to email him but his contact info. wasn't there... then i said something in my previous post at the beginning of this thread -- later i went back into his profile- i noticed a change in his profile... :D so obviously he did...

i met christy too! she is so very bubbly and very laid back! (it was before survivor! :giggle:) she was interviewing people for summer jobs in colorado a few years ago... glad i met her before she became "famous" :D

why close this thread?? we are trying to show him support because we care! :squint: ... and i wouldn't be surprised if he is reading this thread :P and hopefully he will come back in here after "cooling off" and getting over the "hurt" ... i empthaize with him!!! :D

and also MUST come from a "deaf" family!!! :ugh:i have been through this so many times... some of them "snubbed" me because i was "hearing/oralist" learning to sign... it wasn't accepted in their "deaf-deaf" (known as the "deaf power") community! it is a MAJOR TURN OFF! :thumbd:-- it is a joke...
