I go 3 times a week, but obviously, this will depend on your schedule and how much free time you have, I wouldn't get a personal trainer tbh. A good amount of cardio and light weight workouts will do the trick.

Lol most of my older relatives from overseas are like that, they'll just start giving advice to people they barely know. When I tell my mum about it, she just tells me that their heart is in the right place, maybe that's the case here.
